Lunch

  • 2 rotis
  • Lauki chana dal (bottle gourd with split chickpeas)
  • Steamed rice
  • Vegetable salad

Dinner

  • Bajra khichdi (pearl millet with moong dal)
  • Garlic chutney
  • A bowl of curd
